Browsing through the support pages, I decided to check the settings for my Audio CD Input, (having noticed that some people are having problems with this facility), to make sure it's working properly before the next time I need to use it "in anger". I am using XP pro. When I scroll through to the CD Communication settings, mine reads "CD Communication/ASPI/Command Set/MMC", which is totally different from the settings suggested in the forum. My CD input seems to be working OK, so will you please confirm this is the correct setting? Thanks for your ever willing help.

"CODEC decompression error for '\\CdRom\Track01.cda'
Unable to Rip track - make sure correct Ripping method is selected and CD Drive supports digital audio extraction."
I am using:
Windows XP Pro SP1
Samsung SW-224B (CD R/RW)
Settings say "NT 2000 Device IO" and "MMC" but I've tried every single of them but no luck.Comment
