FLAC to WAV conversion issue

Hi all,
I keep my music ripped via Db 14.2 to Flac on a QNAP 212. My car will only play WAV files so I put some music on an SD card with Music Converter (via USB card reader). Music plays fine until it reaches the end of the track. when it reaches the gap between tracks I get a high pitched, white noise type screech between each track. Has anyone got any idea what is causing this or what I'm doing wrong ?.
