My friend told me that M4P can be converted into M4A?

Recently, I have changed my iPhone 6 to newly bought OnePlus 5, however, it is so sad that I found that ALL my Apple Music songs can't be transferred to My OnePlus 5. I asked my friend why, and he told me that all encrypted into the format of M4P, and it can be converted into M4A in some Music Converter. But it is what he heard from some whatever people said, can anyone tell me what kinds of Converter to use? Sincerely thanks!!!
