I not think it is possible, that bottom panel, it is not dbpoweramp which is supplying the info, it is Windows.

Thumbnail and Property Handler
dBpoweramp enables Windows to work with file types it does not natively support, such as FLAC. Album art is show and tag editing is possible from Windows File Explorer:

For WMA windows is using its own.
