    Video Format?

Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere (I kinda doubt it) but I thought I'd ask anyway. Can video files (mpegs) be converted into smaller formats using any of the dbpowerAmp apps? If not could anyone suggest a good one for this purpose? Thanks.

dBPowerAmp does not support video files.

As for a good application for re-encoding videos to smaller format, I'd go with either VirtualDub or NanDub (basically the same thing really). VirtualDub is a capture application that can be used to compress video to any installed video codec that supports encoding.

Check out www.Doom9.org for more information (they have great guides about video format conversion and DVD backup)
