Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere (I kinda doubt it) but I thought I'd ask anyway. Can video files (mpegs) be converted into smaller formats using any of the dbpowerAmp apps? If not could anyone suggest a good one for this purpose? Thanks.

As for a good application for re-encoding videos to smaller format, I'd go with either VirtualDub or NanDub (basically the same thing really). VirtualDub is a capture application that can be used to compress video to any installed video codec that supports encoding.
