DB PowerAmp Settings for ID Tagging

I am still using version 11.5 dbPowerAmp Music Converter. It works fine on one compute running Windows Vista Home Premium, but when I install it on another computer running Windows Vista Ultimate the Convert To and the Edit Tag options do not appear when I right click on a mp3 audio file. Any ideas what causes this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with same results. Thanks for any help.

R11.5 was not 64 bit compatible, you require a newer version.

Both of my versions of Windows Vista are 32-bit.
