Ripping FLAC for streaming from Synology NAS to Arcan AV Receiver

I am still using version 11.5 dbPowerAmp Music Converter. It works fine on one compute running Windows Vista Home Premium, but when I install it on another computer running Windows Vista Ultimate the Convert To and the Edit Tag options do not appear when I right click on a mp3 audio file. Any ideas...
