upgrade confusion

I was running version 11.5 powerpack, I wanted the CD writer and AssetuPnP so went for the offered upgrade on the dmc configuration page, which took me to the ref. v14 upgrade page with 4 options... from which I chose the "Upgrade Existing dBpoweramp to Reference (also Family Pack Upgrades) "... expecting to go to ref. v14, I thought.

after paying and installing I have now version 13.5 and the dmc configuration page is still offering to upgrade to v14..??

if I go thru the upgrade process again (order*blooper* etc) I am offered the sveta audio download r5 which is version 11.5..??

Can someone please clarify the path required to get version 14!!, am I doing something wrong? am i not able to upgrade from v11.5 to ref. v14 for some reason?

I think I have retrieved the new order number correctly from the renewal webpage, I will PM it once the time restriction/delay has passed.
