Can I transfer Asset registration from QNAP to Synology?

I was running version 11.5 powerpack, I wanted the CD writer and AssetuPnP so went for the offered upgrade on the dmc configuration page, which took me to the ref. v14 upgrade page with 4 options... from which I chose the "Upgrade Existing dBpoweramp to Reference (also Family Pack Upgrades) "......

I just upgraded from R13 to R14 family pack. However, I seem to be unable to upgrade the batch ripper to 1.3. The programs sends me to the Illustrate website, which then inevitably sends me to the "purchase R14" site.

Earlier this year I purchased and installed dBpoweramp Reference R13.5. Today I wanted to try out R14, so I upgraded to R14 trial. Unfortunately, PerfectMeta is disabled now so I am not able to test all the new features.

Can this be repaired somehow?
