Win 7 vs. the Last CDgrab...

I can't see any mention of a known issue here, so maybe it isn't one.

I was forced to buy a new computer yesterday when a hardware issue terminated my old one. Fortunately I use gmail, and was able to go back and find my original purchase receipt and download and install dBpoweramp. However, when I put a disk in to rip it, I get the following in an error box:

dBpoweramp has stopped working and will shut down now. And it does. :cry:

I was running XP with a 32 bit system before, but now I'm running 64 bit Win 7. I know that not every program gets along with 64 bit OS. Is this one of them?

Try unchecking the metadata providers from the meta drop menu, and if it works then try checking each one and see which one causes the issue.

Well, I did that and it didn't crash, and then when I rechecked them it didn't crash either, and it's ripping now. Afraid that didn't narrow it down for you, but it DID work for me. Thanks, Spoon.
