Audio playback or audio as written to the file that dBpoweramp is creating?

"audio as written to the file " after encoding . but audio is coming in the original stream . Windows media encoder bar is showing the audio . And I checked strictly audio is coming but not writing into the file .

'Windows media encoder' this is our software or Microsofts own encoder?

Our install does not touch microsofts.

But I am using your codec installed by dBpoweramp-Codec-WMA10Pro.exe.
I am using my application build by windows media encoder 9 sdk .
I am selecting windows media audio 9.2 codec for audio encoding

It is likely a bug in your application you are writing, sorry to say it is nothing to do with dBpoweramp (even if you install the Windows System Codecs through our install).
