Batch converter won't work on flac to mp3 conversion

Whenever I do a conversion from flac to mp3, I keep getting error message as follows:
"============= CONVERSION BEGIN =============
*** Error: Error writing audio data to StdIn Pipe [clEncoder::EncodeBlock]
============= CONVERSION END ============="

This will not happen on wav to mp3 convert. Any idea how to fix it?
I am using registered version

Try using the Fraunhofer mp3 encoder option.

Can you guide me how to pick Fraunhofer mp3 encoder option as I can only see mp3 (Lame) on the "converting to" pull down, other than wav and flac.

If you have dBpoweramp Reference it is included.

I have the registerd reference R13.3 but I can't find any Fraunhofer mp3 encoder. Please help

It should be listed as mp3 (Fraunhofer), if you have not done so install:

http://codecs.dbpoweramp.com/codecs-new/dMC-ref-codec-pack.exe
