    problem with helix

I am trying to convert some Real media files into any usable format. I have installed the music converter and the codec for those media, but for some reason they are not recognized as audio files and thus the advice from the
    FAQ:

    Q. No Convert To when right clicking on an Audio File?
    A. Both resolutions require dBpoweramp Configuration, first check under Codecs that the correct codec is installed which supports the audio type. Secondly on Music Converter tab make sure 'Convert To' on right click.... is checked, clicking OK will reinstall this option.

is of no help. I noticed that when I downloaded the files (from a radio stream) they were put into a Real Player folder in My Videos so apparently the computer thinks they are videos.
