issue w CLI , wav to wma & rm, rm 50% of length Helix issue?

Hi,

I'm using coreconverter to convert wav files to both wma and rm files formats. These are voice files from the voice mail system.

Here are two examples:

"c:\program files\illustrate\dBpoweramp\coreconverter.exe" -infile="c:\qti\ivr\work\1255_10388858.wav"...

I am trying to convert some Real media files into any usable format. I have installed the music converter and the codec for those media, but for some reason they are not recognized as audio files and thus the advice from the

I saw some posts on this issue, but the problem people generally had was that they were downloading the encoder rather than the decoder.
