There's a 10 second delay before a track starts playing in CD Ripper. I thought the problem was with the drive but other applications don't have this problem. Is there a setting somewhere that fixes this?

Which drive are you using?
In the Options screen, under CD ROM, what are the Ripping Speed, Spin-up Time and Spin-down After settings?

The drive is an HP 9100. Ripping speed is Maximum. Spin-up time is (none). Spin-down is (default).Comment
