    explorer crashes, track number 0

ever since i installed 12.2 the windows explorer crashes (not too often) and most of my mp3's track number is displayed on the left side of the file (the details part of the file) as 0 even if the number is created with the built-in tagger ( i usually use tag & rename). how can i fix this because now i can't sort my mp3's by track number and i can't rename all my mp3's (more than 30000)????????

Then it is not dBpoweramp which is crashing, if you uninstall it there is nothing there to crash...

sorry about that...my main problem is the track number which is in most mp3's 0...the explorer crashing stopped upon uninstalling...i tried installing the 13 version and it doesn't crash (till now) but the 0 thing remains...

Is the 0 part of the physical file name or from the tag information? Are you using dBpowerAMP explorer columns? What ID Tag settings have you specified in dBpowerAMP configuration?

            Can you post an example?

in the last pic where it says track 0 (the highlighted part)i want it to say track 01 (or 1)...it does that even if the track number (in the tag information) says 1 and not 01

That sounds like a problem with Windows itself, then, as the details section shown there is Windows itself pulling the data.

it could be a problem with windows but it started after installing dbpoweramp so i'm asking if there's any way to correct it because it's really annoying

Right-click on the file and go to the summary tab. What track number does it show? If you click advanced, what does it show there?

Windows has never been any good at reading id3v2 tags...
