i tried to convert mp3 to m4a using dbpoweramp and nerodigital installed, it allows me to convert audio to he v2 if the settings are on quality .45 and below, if i try to up the settings or choose a bitrate above 80 kbps in bitrate (cbr), the conversion process stops and i get a error that says:

i normally transfer music to my fone which supports he v1 and v2 and wud prefer he v2 as the file size is small and quality is good and i can fit more songs on my fone.
