I was wondering how can I check why getpopupinfo.exe is always using 100% of my cpu?

What version of dMC and Windows are you using?
Also, does this happen with any audio file you have or just a few in particular?

11.5, it just happens, I have no idea what is causing it so I have to kill the exe and to turn off the feature

Try upgrading to r12.3 and see if it still happens.

Uninstall your current version of dMC and all codecs, then install dMC r12.3 and the codecs you need from Codec Central, then see if the problem still happens.

Does it happen to all of your files or just a few particular ones? What is the format of these files (FLAC, WMA, etc)?

You can disable dBpoweramp popup info (which is getpopupinfo) in dBpoweramp Configuration.
