Right-click menu doesn't work

[COLOR=Navy][SIZE=3]Although the option "convert to on right-click menu" is enabled and I see it in Windows Explore shell extensions menu, it doesn't load after clicking it. I once had this issue but I can't remember how to solve it.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

So when you click the "Convert To" option in the right-click menu, nothing happens? What version of Windows and dMC are you using?

Thanks. Windows XP and dbPowerAmp 12.
It had already happened with version 10 or 11, I can't remember, but I solved the trouble by enabling it again in the configuration, but it doesn't work this time.

Same. I guess it's not a matter of version. Has anybody had the same trouble here?

Uninstall dbpoweramp music converter, reboot computer and install latest version.
