i have waited for three days now for a reply about my resent purchase and have emaild and sent spoon a persional message in regards to my registration problem. it seems that i am not the only one waiting for a reply however i would like to use this product. i am rather frustrated with the suport metods. kinda makes me wonder about the product. :vmad: had i known i probly not bothered.

the product is GREAT, i have used it before. the delivery method is beyond crappy. i'm sure you read about my issues with swreg below. shady company.

no worries. he emailed me back. it seems that since i don't use credit cards and have only a debit card, i'm scrizewed. it really suxxors as i really wanted a reg. version of the program. i wish there was some other way...... haven't gone "underground" for a program in a while.

currently swreg is the only payment method. so if you don't want to deal with swreg then we can't help you. Spoon has been using swreg for many years now.

re: swreg..... any company that asks for your credit card number THREE times has a problem. if you don't see this, i'm sorry. i will be more than happy to forward you the emails i received from them. they are totally clueless.

We get the point, deepsouth. SWREG may not be the best thing ever, but Spoon has heard bad stories about PayPal too. So if you don't like SWREG, quit griping about it, we get the point. This is your warning.
