another registration problem

hi...... bought the registered copy a couple days ago. order "wouldn't" go through a couple times and the third time it tried to pay it said "duplicate order" or something to that effect. emailed the payment processing place with the order number to no avial. tried using the order number to get whatever is needed for the next step, also to no avail.

any help anyone?

i have searched the hell out of the forum for a solution with no success.

To get a manual download you now have to wait a couple of weeks.

Most probably the problems you had before were due to your firewall or other security features.

i'm fairly adept at security and firewalls. the problem does not lie with the user in many of these cases i suspect, but often falls there. i suspect the problem lies within the system itself.

case and point. i emaild swreg about my registration and included in that email at THEIR request, i put my credit card number. the response i got was somewhere along the lines of "we don't have your credit card information..... ok, i entered it enough for them to recognize it as a duplicate order and then again on the "help me" email and they now want it a THIRD time, with ZERO explanation.

when people are skeptical of the process, it's because it's a SKETCHY process. "oh, wait a couple weeks" "this may take some time" "what was that information you already gave me twice again"

In the link Razgo gave, there is a link to a webpage that has an e-mail. Send an e-mail to that address with your name, date you ordered, and what you ordered to see if Spoon can find it and give you a refund and a link to download what you paid for.

Hi, that is unfortunate that Spoon(the developer) is away for one week.

we are unable to help beyond swreg and Spoon as we don't have control over that part.

i am guessing you want to use the mp3 part of dmc? do you still have the trial version?

I just want to re assure you whilst the payment system isnt perfect you will not be ripped off and you will recieve your product.

swreg are a bunch of clowns in idiot costumes. the absolute WORST service i have ever seen. i'm not going to revisit the issue, it's all below.

your product is great, it's a shame you can't find a better way to distribute it.

so much for trying to get "legal". i might as well download a pirated version like i used to do back in the day.

if he/she wants to post up a paypal address or something for me to send the money to and then send me a reg link, i'd be willing to do that. i'm not screwing with swreg anymore.
