ID tag removal

i tried a trial version of the software, converted a file, and after, there was a non-removable id tag on both the original and copy,and i would like to know how to delete the tag, also i am rather pissed off at the fact that i was not warned or asked first

What type of files are the original and copy? What does the non-removeable tag look like?

Your original should not have been touched in any way. Unless you requested to overwrite the original with the converted version, of course. In which case it's no longer the original file.
