i tried a trial version of the software, converted a file, and after, there was a non-removable id tag on both the original and copy,and i would like to know how to delete the tag, also i am rather pissed off at the fact that i was not warned or asked first

Your original should not have been touched in any way. Unless you requested to overwrite the original with the converted version, of course.
