I think I have the "premium options" on my dbpoweramp. Still, I only have the option of Freedb. Musicbrainz is greyed out.

You would need to install dBpoweramp Reference, uninstall the trial version you have installed.

If you have R17 reference then it will not expire accessing the metadata
