CD Ripper poor at getting the right metadata

Using the CD Ripper, metadata, when asked, is grabbed from MusicBrainz and inserted, but is often not correct, or a different language.
The same CD in, for example, XLD, offers a choice from Musicbrainz, and one is able to select the right choice. Same goes for iTunes, and other... -

When I started ripping CD's this afternoon, the ripper would often hang for up to a minute with the "metadata" tab "depressed". The CD's I'm ripping are unlikely to be in any database, so I tried a Telarc CD that I'm pretty sure is in all the databases. Same slow response. Noticed... -

MusicBrainz tags
CD Ripper doesn't use all of the tags in the MB database. With the absence of tags such as albumsort and artistsort I have to use Picard to fix them all up. It defeats the purpose of having the AMG access.
Am I missing something or is this a feature request? -
