You cannot not have a title, as that is used to create each filename. -

I mean I blanked out the pic of what I was ripping but all the fields and metadata are populated. I click rip and it just sits there. The drive doesn't engage. Been using on the same comp for a decade. The drive works fine though.Comment

Change the encoder to 'Test Conversion', does it rip the cd then?Comment

Look at the file names and ensure the locations where the tracks are to be written exists and has write permissionsComment

I cleared the HKCU keys. If I select just FLAC for example, ripping works. But multi-encoder does not work.Attached FilesLast edited by Arkiados; November 02, 2021, 04:23 PM.Comment

Re: CD Ripper 17.4 just hangs on rip. CD-ROM drive doesn't start read.
Remove your two encoders and re-add them, buy default naming is set to match CD Rippers naming which is:
[MAXLENGTH]80,[IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][][]\[MAXLENGTH]80,[album][]\[MAXLENGTH]80,[track] [artist] - [title][]
if you need to change the base location at the top of the naming page (choose Output To >> edit dynamic naming).Comment
