    I ripped the cd using dbpa to flac. It automatically goes to this path....music,band name, then album name which for me is perfect and id like the mp3 files organised the same after conversion. The same way you described.
    Update - checked the file destination in cd rippeer and its set to This Pc, music.
    So i created an extra file in music called mp3 and set the destination for converted files to This PC, music, mp3.
    It did put the files there but just missing one stage. On opening mp3 the files were just there, id like another stage with band then album before seeing the files.

        The short answer is that WMP can alter your metadata tags and artwork without your knowledge.
