Meta Data not working on Reference 15.8 or updated Reference 16.1

Haven't ripped anything for a few months. Decided it was time to add to my server so I updated from 15.8 to 16.1 (both Reference).
Meta Data did not work on either
Decided to try the Trial version of 16.1-
Meta Data works but no cover art. Not a big deal,I download from a file

If I rip on the trial version,I of course will get an error trying to accuerip -If I allow the disk to close and eject and THEN place disc back into disc drive it will now load up on 16.1 reference with the meta data-a strange work around :-))

I did update to OSX El Capitan 10.11.6

I did register dbpoweramo on my firewall and checked "allow access"

I did delete the download from documents AND Applications and reloaded

Tired of doing a "pre-load"

Try removing your firewall software, not just disable, this will show for sure if it is blocking access (also any other security software).
