    CD Ripper 16.2/Windows 10 - folder permissions weirdness

    Hi

    I hope someone can help me... I recently upgraded to 16.2 on my 64-bit W10 machine. I wasn't having any problems before this, so I am assuming that this may well be the source of the problems I'm experiencing.

    Basically, I usually use dbpoweramp in multi-encodign mode (FLAC and mp3). Since the upgrade, ripping fails with a folder permissions error. Here's the message:

    "Error ripping to [Multi Encoder], 'Track 1' to 'Y:\MUSIC\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\Brian Eno\Neroli; CD 2 - New Space Music\Brian Eno - Neroli; CD 2 - New Space Music - 01 - New Space Music.IGNORE'
    FLAC: Error unable to open File 'Y:\MUSIC\FLAC\Brian Eno\Neroli: CD 2 / New Space Music\Brian Eno / Neroli: CD 2 / New Space Music / 01 / New Space Music.flac' for writing. [clEncoder::BeginConversion]
    mp3 (Lame): Error unable to open File 'Y:\MUSIC\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\Brian Eno\Neroli: CD 2 / New Space Music\Brian Eno / Neroli: CD 2 / New Space Music / 01 / New Space Music.mp3' for writing. [clEncoder::BeginConversion]

    I have tried "Take Ownership" of these folders and I've also set the properties of the folders to make them owned by Administrators, which I found elsewhere on the forum and online. No change! But then I discovered - if I rip in single encoder mode, exact same settings as above, the rip goes fine. So I'm guessing this is a bug? If not, can anyone give me any ideas what to try?

    Many thanks
