Also, what Anti-virus program are you using? Perhaps it is blocking the connections to the metadata providers.

It is installed to c:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp or c:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp The 64 bit version of dBpoweramp is installed to: c:\Program Files\dBpoweramp It

Hmm, I did reply to this earler today ( my time) but it doesn't seem to have made the cut.

Thanks you for your sudggestion and link. This did solve the problem and to deal also with an odd dificulty that I was experiencing with a file written for a multi disc set. Previously with a 2 disc set the file that was being written for one sub folder was combining tracks from the two discs in random order which was producing nonsensical replay for a classical woork. All is now OK.

Yes I was a little predicate in asking for a refund yesterday but I had answered all of the final questions hours before with no response. From my viewpoint it looked as if the thread had gone dead. So I anticipated that if I asked fro my money back it might result in a little action

Thanks for your interest but I did post this information yesterday in this thread above at 11:43.

All is now solved aside from the fact that I have replied twice to Spoon's last message but nothing is appearing in the thread.
