Hello,
I used the dBpoweramp R15 with Windows 10, and it worked well.
Now I bought the R16 and installed it, and the installation looked good, but the new CD ripper does not start correct - it seems to starts, but the window does not come up.
I re-installed, but no change - the ripper does not come up. It doesn't matter how I start it - it's the same result when I start the CD ripper icon from desktop, the CD ripper out of the dBpoweramp control center or cdgrab.exe from the command line.
Please help me!
UPDATE:
Sorry, I now found the problem by myself - and afterwards I also recognized that I had not searched good enough before I had started the thread...
Solution:
I had also over-installed the new version of Perfect Tunes - the same way I did it for dBpoweramp. This installation also looked good, but it seems that the installation had not recognized, that I have a 64bit-windows an installed the 32bit-version. Afterwards I had a 64bit dBpoweramp and a 32bit PerfectTunes, and this seemed to disturb the grabber.
Now it works!!
