my cd ripper does not work

Good day , just bought db power amp and it does not work. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling it and still no joy. Trial version was working fine. Using pc with wondows 10.

The window does not open, cannot access metadata impossible to use at all

Are you able to play CDs in this drive, using any other software?

yes, itunes poses no problem, am able to rip music to itunes library, and before purchasing, was able to use trial version impeccably

maybe it's the same problem that happened to me. after updating windows 10, cd ripper didn't recognize any drives.
Solution was to start cd ripper as admin.

Does anyone know why this is so? Is there any other solution than starting as admin?

It will be security software related, Windows (normally) does not need CD Ripper to run as admin.

- right click on CD Ripper
- run as Administrator

i set db power amp and cd ripperas admin and still does not work, cannot even maximise the miniature window in which it opens

Too bad, I really want and NEED this program, I would have much preferred to have had support/help to make it work properly. I had stated this in my message to you via paypal, but I got no reply, just money back which does not really help. :-(
