Yes, you can easily use dbpoweramp to batch convert all your FLAC files to ALAC. This will preserve your metadata and artwork as well. Just setup the conversion properly (test on a few albums), and once happy with results you can convert all of them in one batch. Save your old FLAC files too as backup.
