How to remove embedded art from ripped tracks and replace with folder.jpg art

I took a break from ripping my CDs for several months. When I resumed, I started selecting higher resolution album art files. At the time, I thought isn't there a reason not to use the higer res files? For these ripped CDs, there is no folder.jpg containing the album art, and I think this wound up embedding album art these files into the ripped track files, which I did not want to do. Is there a way to extract the embedded album art and add the folder.jpg file, or would it just be easier to re-rip the CDs and select a lower res art tile like I had been doing earlier? Only around 30 CDs, so a pain, but not a huge issue.

There is no need to re-rip the CDs. You can use the converter 'ID Tag Update'. In the registry tab 'Deletions' choose to remove 'Single Tag' and set the tag '[Album Artwork]' to remove. In the registry tab 'Manipulation' you can choose to export the embedded album art to a file.
