Whenever I insert a CD to rip it the CD Ripper displays the window asking for the UPC code. Fine. I enter it in (or scan it) and hit OK. It then repeats this prompt. Is it normal for it to ask for the UPC code TWICE? dbPowerAmp CD Ripper on Windows 11 24H2, version Release 2025-06-05.

Thanks for the bug report.
Unfortunately I can't recreate it on development system, seems to work as intended. I noticed glitched text on your picture, this will be fixed in the next update.
Please export your dBpoweramp settings : Advanced Settings / dBpoweramp Reference / Export dBpweramp Settings, and email the file to peter@dbpoweramp.com for me to look at.
Is there anything specific about your configuration that might be causing this? Does turning dark mode off make any difference? -

I created the settings export and before I sent it I thought, let me try one thing. I use a program called DVD Passkey, which loads on Windows startup. I think any time I insert a disc to rip it is doing something. So I killed the task, and in fact removed it from Windows Startup and rebooted. NOW THE UPC SCAN DIALOG ONLY COMES UP ONCE!!
I'll send the export anyways in email, but imagine you don't need it. It's 195 MB
Thank you,
