Good day, I have posted during the last few days multiple times with screen shots and steps taken to get accurate rip working. I have tried EVERYTHING including contacting my internet service provider who advised to deactivate iPv6 on my router, which I did. But no matter what I do, deleting and re-installing the program, making sure Accurate rip is enabled and configured with my drive, disabling my firewall, making sure the antivirus has an exception for dBpoweramp, adjusting setting after setting, posting for help, screenshots etc I am getting no support and accurate rip IS NOT WORKING for me! I have ripped 15 discs on Saturday/Sunday and not one was in accurate rip. Popular discs that should be like Men at Work, Mike and the Mechanics, Phish, Morcheeba, Kasabian etc. I have been using dB for 6 months and this has never happened before. Occasionally, maybe 10 discs at most that were local discs out of 1000's I had to enter the Discogs URL manually as they actually were not in Accurate rip, but out of 1000's of others they almost all were. This program is not cheap. It is a great program and has worked well for me up until now, but now when I have a problem I am getting no support. Even if there is a known problem a simple message that "we know about it and are working on it" would help. I don't know what else to do? There is literally nothing more I can do from my side without some guidance from dB except buy another program, which obviously I don't want to do, and shouldn't have to do. I have another 50 discs arriving today and would really like to rip them using Accurate rip, my entire library has been done with this. Some of the rips I did this last weekend without accurate rip working don't sound right, maybe that is just me, I don't know, but again PLEASE can I get some help?
PLEASE can I get some help? Accurate Rip not working!

You posted on a Saturday and today is 2 days later and you state 'but now when I have a problem I am getting no support.'
Support does not work like that, and for unqiue and complex issues can take longer. It is noted and you will be contacted.
For now keep to the original thread:
Hi everyone, hope all is well. I had some problems with my Macbook and could not use a Time Machine back up to reinstall, or according to Apple support I would be reinstalling the same problem. Bottom line is that I had to save all my FLAC files and a few documents to another external hard drive and reset the Mac to like brand -
