cd ripper werkt niet

Ik ben Reference Rigistered(fuly Registered,no restrctions) voor release 2024-05-30(64 bit).Maar bij het rippen geeft track 1 altijd ERROR en geen albumhoez. kan je mij helpen anders moet ik dBpoweramp verwijderen !!!!!
