ReplayGain the same for all tracks

Hi

I'm confused a bit about ReplayGain and I want to do the following. I want all my tracks to be leveled off against each other. So, not just within an album but all 8,000+ tracks. Also, when I add new ones I want these to be levelled as well.

What settings and process do I use to achieve that? As always, thank you for your help!

Track gain is needed.
