Re: No audio data after a rip
No, I have never seen anything like it before.
All we know is that data is leaving CD Ripper correctly ( as has accuraterip verification )
however it is not being written to the final file.
Try setting the encoder as [Calculate Audio CRC], the CRC should match the CRC shown in CD Ripper (under the CRC column). If it does then it is reaching the final part of the program correctly (CoreConverter).
If you do not have this codec, it is in the utility section of Codec Central.Last edited by Spoon; May 19, 2014, 09:48 PM.Comment

Re: No audio data after a rip
I gave Calculate Audio CRC a spin as you suggested, instructing the encoder to use CRC32. I ripped two tracks on a CD and this is what popped up. The number by "CRC32" on Line 4 of each track information paragraph is the same as is listed in the CRC column of the main CD Ripper window. This time the final result given was Accurate (27).

In addition to the above, after finishing a rip a text window is opened with filename "dbp7AC.tmp". These list the CRCs of both tracks as a string of zeroes. This is the only text in the file:

I tried ripping the same two files again with the MD5 and AccurateCRC boxes also ticked on the encoder settings, and this text box came up, filename "dbp93FD.tmp":

Something on your system is stopping the piping of data from CD Ripper to Core Converter. Perhaps a security setting, I am not sure as I have not seen anything like it before. A CRC of 0 means no data is recieved by CoreConverter.Comment
