Noob question, but after digging through a good bit of documentation, I still haven't got the answer.
Lets says I've got 2 copies of a CD, "Stone Temple Pilots, CORE". If I rip the first one, I'll have 3 tracks that ripped with errors. I'll pop the second copy into the CD drive. Since it's a different pressing of the same CD, CD Ripper doesn't recognize it and wants me to re-rip all the tracks. The 3 tracks that errored out on the first disc rip fine on the second disc. The problem I'm running into with this is that I'll get wildly inconsistent album art color/size, track titles, etc when this happens. Is there a way to "force" CD ripper into understanding that these are the same CD? I'd just like to know if it's possible to rip 2/3/4 "scratched" copies of the same CD and put all the good track rips together to make one error free disc.
THANKS!
