CD Riper 14.3 HELP needed - Correct Settings for highest possible sound quality

Hi, just purchased dBPowerAmp CD Riper 14.3 to rip my CD's with the maximum possible quality.
The only thing I am looking for is to Rip in BEST of the BEST Sound Quality.
Can you send me the step by step settings for this ? I am not a SW expert, so your help would be highly appreciated.

Not sure if you need this info but I'm sending it just in case:
TOSHIBA Portege R830-17P Laptop with Windows 7 Pro SP1 operating system (64-bit).
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20 GHz
4,00 GB Memory
DVD Drive is Matshita DVD-RAM UJ8A2ES.

Hope you can help, otherwise I will be lost in the tons of settings available.
