Something is stopping CD Ripper from writing the artwork + tags to the file (CD ripper rips the audio, the file is closed, then reopen to be tagged, if something takes control of the file in that instance it can stop tagging), that something might be a media player.

I will disconnect the media player from working and continue ripping. I will let you know if this solves the problem. Thank you very much Spoon for your support.
