Album Art Work is being ripped differently by each song

Hello, I´m just starting as a new forum member. English is my second language so please be patient with my writting and explanations.
I have been ripping some 100+ albums and have noticed a problem that repeats in some albums. The artwork that I use for the metadata appears in each song that I rip. The problem is when checking the content of the metadata after ripping, I get some songs with the missing metadata and when I check the album art that was ripped for these songs, this art looks either washed out or grayed in some portions of it. The songs with the correct metadata show art work ripped to 100%. In conclusion: the songs that do not show the metadata for the song (album, artist, year, genre, title, track, etc), are the ones that show problems with the album art work ripped badly.

You are ripping to a local hdd? rather than NAS?

The artwork and metadata showed correctly in CD Ripper before ripping?

And what happens if you try to re-rip a CD with has missing metadata for the files? is it added the 2nd rip?

And do you have a program which automatically detects the new audio tracks when ripped?

I have Cyberlink Power DVD 9 that opens everytime I insert a disc in my external DVD copy unit. It runs and opens the player and I have to shut it down manually. Could that be the cause?
