I have disabled it and Windows firewall. And it worked previously with both. Should I un-install the Avast anti-virus to test?

Unless your anti-virus is a full fledged security suite with a firewall, it wouldn't block access to AccurateRip or PerfectMeta (at least, I don't see how it could).

Do you have any other firewall installed on your system? Could your router be the culprit?

Other programs can access the data. It has been working with the router for years. No other firewall is in use.

Sorry you're still having problems. Does upgrading to R14.3 help?
