Hello all, newbie here I'm afraid. I've nearly completed the FLACing of my CD collection using dBpoweramp. It's been brilliant and really easy to use, even though I've needed to use a second laptop with a different drive to read some of my CD's. Unfortunately I have 7 left that even though I've cleaned, changed drives and changed configurations get stuck with unsecure rips.
As a last resort I'd like to give EAC a go with these to see if it manages.
I'm using the dBpoweramp default naming scheme and I'd like to configure EAC to file in the same way. To be honest I can't get my head round these strings so I was wondering if anyone could please help me with the EAC string most similar to the default dBp one:
[IFCOMP][IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],Various Artists[]\[album]\[track] [artist][][IF!COMP][IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[artist][]\[album]\[artist] - [track][] - [title]
Thanks alot in the meantime.
