How to rip a mix cd to one track???

hi im a new member and used to use Easycd extractor but found this and fell in love with it

I love its features but i have looked everywhere and cannot see where i can rip my 14 track mix cd into one MP3, can this be done ???

Under the red ? button is Rip as 1.

oh yes many thanks. is it also possible to place chapters in the output file for easy next/previous track movement within the one file?
