dSpoweramp Ripper has stopped working

    dSpoweramp Ripper has stopped working

    90% of the time I get this message when trying to open program and rip CD. Just downloaded Trial Version, but have re-loaded it several times. I get the following info:

    Start it with no CD in the drive, if it crashes when a CD disk is inserted, the issue is likely to be a metadata provider, disable AMG as a first test (also make sure CD Text is not selected).

      I disabled AMG,but don't know where CD Text is selected. Still crashes with AMG disabled.

        Try disabling all, then just enable freedb, keep enabling each one until you find the one which is causing the crash.
