High volume squelch between tracks

I am getting a very loud squelch between tracks when ripping files to the SD card for my wav player, this does not occur with rips when using FreeRip.

dBpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs >> Advanced

and disable the ID Tagging for Wave (your wav player is not able to read wave files as they are designed, ie a file of chunks, instead it thinks the whole file is audio).
