Same song, 2 ripper, 2 very different spectral view !?

I use 2 different ripper to rip the same song from a CD.
Both ripper is the latest version with the same encoder - LAME 3.98r

First attempt with dBpoweramp CD Ripper. I use MP3(LAME) setting 320 CBR, Encoding -> Slow , on Advanced - Frequency -> as source , Channel - 2 Stereo (Auto).

    Result :

Second attempt with Foobar 2000, setting just the default MP3(LAME) 320 kbps CBR . I didn't change anything or add in any custom parameter.

    Result :

Notice the difference with Hz 16,000 and above ? The one rip with dBpoweramp is almost a striaght line on 16,000. Why is that ? Is one better than the other ? Am I doing anything wrong with dBpoweramp ?

Here is the command line which is passed into Lame:

    Lame encoder settings: -b 320 --noreplaygain -r --little-endian --bitwidth 16 - "Z:\DIDO-H~1.MP3"

You would have to see what command line foobar is using, by default it looks like LAME disgards these higher frequencies, so that there is more quality assigned to the lower frequencies.

I didn't change anything with Foobar, I just use preset setting quality = best quality (320kbps CBR).

Base on those 2 picture, would you choose 1 over another ?

        See:

I would go with the settings as designed by the lame developers (they choose to cut off anything above 16KHz).

Is there any way to view the command line?

That is the command line as passed to Lame, I cannot speak for FB2K

I mean, is there any way to view the command line that dpba is going to use? I don't see any button for that. Maybe Shift or Control-clicking the "Convert" or "Rip" button would present the command line, preferably in a form copyable to the clipboard?

You switch on the Debug Option in dBpoweramp Configuration, then convert and the command line is shown after.

I figure out the reasoning behind the striaght line across 16,000 Hz
                    Joint Stereo and Stereo :vmad:

                    Screenshot for Stereo :

Same setting as before with dBpoweramp CD Ripper, I use force, instead of auto.
